These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the FFP Passport platform, including the website ffppassport.com, the FFP Passport member app, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By purchasing an FFP Passport membership, creating an account, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
FFP Passport is operated by Find Fit People LLC-FZ, with its registered address at Meydan Hotel, Meydan, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“FFP Passport”, “we”, “us”).

These Terms apply to all members, visitors and users of the Platform. By using any part of the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Use of the Platform is for your personal use only. The FFP Passport membership is personal to you and is non-transferable. Reselling, sharing or commercial use of your membership, access code, or member benefits is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

The specific benefits, partner venues, events and features available may change from time to time. We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain and improve the Platform, but we are not obliged to provide any particular benefit, venue partnership or feature for the duration of your membership.
To purchase an FFP Passport membership and create an account, you must:
Membership is personal and may only be used by you. You may not create more than one account for yourself or transfer your account or access code to anyone else.
To create your FFP Passport account, you will provide your name, email address and other registration details. Upon successful payment, you will receive a permanent 6-digit access code by email. This code is your authentication credential for the Platform.
You are responsible for keeping your access code confidential. You must not share it with anyone. If you believe your access code has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@ffppassport.com to have it reset.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The FFP Passport membership for 2026 is priced at $99, payable as a one-time charge for the full calendar year.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorise FFP Passport (via Stripe) to charge the full membership price to your selected payment method. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Posted prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change membership pricing for future years. Price changes do not affect existing memberships during their paid term.
All FFP Passport memberships are final and non-refundable.
Because membership grants immediate access to a community of members, events, partner venues, challenges and exclusive content from the moment of purchase, the membership cannot be returned or refunded once activated.

FFP Passport partners with independent fitness studios, gyms, wellness providers and other venues across the UAE (“Partner Venues”) to offer member perks such as member-rate sessions and bring-a-friend access.
Partner Venues are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or subcontractors of FFP Passport. Your use of any Partner Venue or its services is governed by that Partner Venue’s own terms, waivers and policies, including liability waivers, health declarations and conduct rules.
FFP Passport is not responsible for:
The list of Partner Venues, the specific benefits offered, and the participation of any individual Partner Venue may change at any time without notice.
FFP Passport facilitates connection between members through the Meet & Move matching feature, group events and community days. Interactions between members — whether at FFP events, Partner Venues or independently arranged meet-ups — are between the members themselves.
FFP Passport does not screen, vet or background-check members beyond standard account verification. You are responsible for exercising your own judgement when meeting, training with or otherwise engaging with other members. We recommend meeting in public locations and following common-sense safety practices.
FFP Passport is not liable for the conduct of other members, whether at FFP events or in any independently arranged interaction.
The Platform may allow you to post content including reviews, photos, comments, event check-ins and profile information (“Member Content”). You are fully responsible for any Member Content you post.
You must not post Member Content that:
By posting Member Content, you grant FFP Passport a non-exclusive, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, modify, publish, display and distribute that content on the Platform, on FFP Passport marketing channels, and in connection with Partner Venue promotions.
If you post photos showing other people, you confirm you have their consent to do so.
We may remove Member Content at our discretion. We are not obliged to keep copies of removed content.
FFP Passport is a community. To keep it that way, you agree not to:
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of your membership without refund.
Your membership runs for the 2026 calendar year (1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026), regardless of when in the year you purchase. Purchases made before launch grant immediate access and continue through to the end of 2026.
You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@ffppassport.com. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of the membership fee.
We may suspend or terminate your membership without refund if you breach these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or any Partner Venue’s terms. In serious cases (e.g. reselling access, harassment, fraud) termination may be immediate. In less serious cases we will notify you of the issue and give you reasonable opportunity to address it.
We may also terminate your membership with notice for any other reason, in which case we will refund a pro-rata portion of the unused membership term, calculated to the nearest full month.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FFP Passport, its officers, employees, agents and partners against any claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from:
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features, legal requirements or operational changes. The current version is always available at ffppassport.com/terms.
We will notify members of material changes by email, in the app, or via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may close your account (subject to Section 7 on refunds).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
The contract between you and FFP Passport is formed and entered into in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or restructure.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FFP Passport regarding your use of the Platform.
Notices. Notices to you may be sent by email to the address registered on your account. Notices to us should be sent to hello@ffppassport.com.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
